Meet Michele

A teacher, breathwork facilitator, and the founder of Little Still Space.

Nearly ten years of teaching across Ireland, the UAE and Australia showed Michele the same quiet pattern everywhere: children carrying so much in a world that moves far too fast for their little nervous systems, and very few tools to help them feel safe, steady and seen.

Little Still Space is the resource she wished she had then. Designed by a teacher, with children in mind, and built to support the adults walking alongside them too.
